Council adopts MLK Park master plan, awards Route 101 overcrossing contract, approves consent items and immigration enforcement resolution
At the February 10, 2026 City Council meeting, Santa Rosa Council adopted the Martin Luther King Jr. Park master plan amendment; awarded the Route 101 Bicycle & Pedestrian Overcrossing contract to Ghilotti Construction ($37,574,978.70) and approved related construction management and design amendments; approved multiple consent items including a PG&E easement, a Safe Parking Program extension with Catholic Charities, procurement and software contracts; appointed members to several advisory bodies; and adopted a resolution urging federal immigration enforcement training, oversight, and accountability standards. Several items were continued to later meetings.
