Planning Commission accepts 2025 General Plan review; approves alcohol sales CUP; forwards Spring Lake Village East Grove approvals to City Council
At its March 26, 2026 regular meeting the Santa Rosa Planning Commission (1) reviewed and accepted the General Plan and Inclusionary Housing Annual Review Report for 2025; (2) approved a Conditional Use Permit to allow sale of distilled spirits for off‑site consumption at 24 Seven Foods & Fuel, 3230 Coffey Lane (PC‑RES‑2026‑009); and (3) by multiple resolutions recommended that the City Council certify the Final EIR, adopt CEQA findings and mitigation monitoring, and approve associated entitlements (minor CUP, Hillside Development Permit, rezoning, and Planned Development text amendment) for the Spring Lake Village East Grove senior housing project (MJP14‑012 / PC‑RES‑2026‑010 through PC‑RES‑2026‑014). Commissioner Horton recused from the Spring Lake item. Meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m.
