Zoning Committee approves multiple rezoning and special-use recommendations; refers major site-plan amendment — March 23, 2026
The City of Atlanta Zoning Committee met March 23, 2026. The agenda, minutes, and the Committee’s 2026 goals and objectives were adopted unanimously. The Committee voted favorable (as amended) on multiple rezoning and special-use matters — including Z-25-44 (R-4A to PD-H), Z-25-73 (R-4A to C-2 at 2275 Joseph E. Boone Blvd), U-25-30 (day care at 532 Cleveland Ave SW), U-26-01 (alcohol service >7,500 sq ft at 690 11th St NW), and Z-26-03 (R-4A/NWAHO to R-4B/NWAHO at 2404 Main St NW) — forwarding them to the next hearing on 4/20/2026. Motions to amend were approved on several items.
