Village Board approves Town Center contracts, ambulance purchase, and special-use for heavy vehicle repair; reviews flooding response

At the April 20, 2026 Village Board meeting in the Village Hall Board Room, trustees approved consent-agenda contracts for Town Center improvements and engineering, a four-year tax-audit services agreement, purchase of two ambulances, and a waiver of video gaming fees for a local not-for-profit. The Board granted special-use approval for a heavy motor vehicle repair facility at 250 Alderman Avenue, authorized an amendment to a redevelopment agreement for 351 W. Dundee Road, reviewed successful flood-control performance, and approved bills totaling $1,647,071.86.
