RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Economic Development Department recommends that the Design Review and Preservation Board, by resolution, adopt the Design Review and Preservation Board Rules and Regulations.

BACKGROUND: Design Review for the construction of a new 70-room hotel building with associated site improvements, including an outdoor pool, garden, courtyard spaces, parking, landscaping, and related improvements, located at 3331 and 3555 Highway 12. CEQA Exempt Project.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Economic Development Department recommends that the Design Review and Preservation Board, by resolution, approve Major Design Review for construction of a new 70-room hotel building and associated site improvements, including outdoor pool, garden, courtyard spaces, parking, landscaping, and related improvements, located at 3331 and 3555 Highway 12.

The time limit will extend to the following business day where the last day falls on a day that the City is not open for business.
