Substitute resolution authorizing the City Comptroller to transfer funds to the previously established project for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the City of Milwaukee for cost participation for the construction of the 16th Street Bridge over the Menomonee River with a total estimated cost increase for the project of $3,059,779.55, with an estimated Grantor share of $11,097,209.78 and an estimated City share of $(8,037,430.23).
Resolution authorizing the Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller to enter into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the development, implementation, and funding of traffic control improvements and other safety measures necessary to mitigate traffic diversion on City streets due to construction activity on the I-94 East/West Project in 2025 and 2026, with the total estimated cost being $576,984.83 of which 100% is grantor funded.
Resolution determining it necessary to make various assessable public improvements at various locations and appropriating funds for these purposes with the City engineering cost estimated to be $25,000 for a total estimated cost of these projects being $550,000.

Ald. Stamper moved that the Common Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole for the purposes of hearing presentations. There was no objection.
Ald. Stamper recognized Richard Clark, veteran of the United States Armed Forces, and Derick Jenkins, educator and principal at Hi-Mount Community School, for their positive impact on the community within the 15th aldermanic district.
Ald. Taylor moved that the Common Council rise from Committee of the Whole. There was no objection.
