Authorizing the Manager of Procurement services to execute a one-year contract renewal (EVP3425) that will exceed the $1,000,000.00 threshold with LAZ Parking, LLC to continue to provide specialized parking management services for Kansas City, Missouri parking operations, including garages, surface lots and on-street meters, enforcement and adjudication of parking tickets; estimating and appropriating funds; authorizing the Director of Public Works to expend funds; authorizing the Manager of Procurement services to amend and extend the contract without City Council approval, and waiving the Section 2-1615(c) requirement for daily deposits; and establishing an effective date.
