Authorizing Amendment No. 3 to the design professional services agreement with Crawford Murphy & Tilly, Inc. in the amount of $542,670.00 for the 31st Street from Linwood to Van Brunt Boulevard project, for a total contract amount of $1,695,741.00; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a design professional services agreement with Alfred Benesch & Company in the amount of $445,000.00 for the 2026 Citywide Biennial Bridge Inspection program toward compliance with federal mandate.
