COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE
Appropriating $800,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Public Safety Sales Tax Fund to fund design professional services for the Community Resource Center Project; authorizing the Manager of Procurement Services to execute a $800,000.00 design professional services contract with Multistudio, Inc., for the design of the Community Resource Center; designating requisitioning authority; directing the City Manager to identify and report the cost of LEED gold compliance in the Request for Proposals for construction of the Community Resource Center; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

Enacting a new Chapter 52, Code of Ordinances, containing Sections 52-1 to 52-9 to provide for the regulation of surface parking lots in the City’s entertainment districts and Central Business District Area, 18th & Vine, the Country Club Plaza, Westport and Crossroads, and providing for a delayed effective date.
