Authorizing an Aviation Project Consultant Agreement with Burns and McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. associated with the installation of automated exit lane breach control technology at the Columbia Regional Airport.
Authorizing Aviation Project Consultant Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. for design services associated with the Airport Drive reconstruction project at the Columbia Regional Airport.
Recognizing the Columbia Police Civilians Association as an appropriate representative unit of employees with a mutually acceptable community of interest separate from other City of Columbia employees.
