City Council approves CDBG plan and fee schedule

Council approved the PY2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan, adopted a new citywide fee schedule for FY27, approved a revised Special Events Sponsorship Policy with a modified term for signature events, authorized multiple contracts including a SkyWest air service agreement, and approved night work for a road project.
