Community Development Committee approves revised CDBG allocations, development agreement amendment, and service contracts; elects officers
At the April 29, 2026 Community Development Committee meeting in Council Chambers, members elected a Vice Chair and a CDBG Advisory Board representative, held a public hearing on the 2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan with no public comments, recommended approval of revised 2026–2027 CDBG allocations, approved an amendment to the development agreement for 200 W. College Avenue (Chase Bank building), awarded three mowing-related contracts to B&V Maintenance (~$33,951), set future meeting schedule, and designated Director Kara Homan as the contact person. The 2026 AAP and the Inspection Division permit report were presented as information.
