Alexandria City Council (Public Hearing) — Action docket approved; multiple land-use and ordinance items adopted
At the November 15, 2025 City Council Public Hearing, Council approved roll-call consent items including a $9.54 million secondary guaranty to facilitate Virginia Housing financing for Housing Alexandria’s Sanse Phase II, supplemental appropriations for FY2026, amendments to taxicab and food-truck/parking ordinances, and the rezoning of 601 Wythe Street. Council also approved multiple Special Use and Development Special Use Permits related to new and converted multi-unit residential projects (items 11–15), and received information on subdivision requests. The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
