Plan Commission approves multiple site plans, CSM, sign appeal, and permit extension
At the February 25, 2026 Plan Commission meeting, members approved minutes, a one‑lot certified survey map for Prairie Song Drive, final site plan and architectural reviews for a Montessori school addition, a UW Credit Union branch, and a new industrial building for Superior Crane (all approved with conditions). The commission also approved a sign appeal for Momentum Daycare (zero setback), and granted Mandel Group an extension to the building permit/commencement deadline for a previously approved 219‑unit multi‑family development. A consultation on 222 W. St. Paul Avenue was heard with no action.
