Building and Grounds meeting — March 2, 2026: street closure permits approved; Wilmont Drive no-parking established
Three alderpersons were present (Eric Payne, Rick Lemke, Mike Anderson; Dean D. Lemke and Dale Matthews absent). The committee approved the January 5, 2026 minutes; approved street-closure permits for Municipal Lot No. 3 for the House of Guiness and for Magellan’s; took no action on proposed street lighting for Marshview Street and on a proposed Corporate Drive no-parking zone; and established a no-parking zone on the south side of Wilmont Drive (from the western property line of 401 Wilmont Drive to 25 feet east of the driveway for 205 Wilmont Drive). The current Building and Grounds budget was listed under communications.
