Council approves housing project appeal denial

City Council denied the appeal and upheld approval of the Thompson Court Apartments project, a 75-unit apartment building with eight very low-income units at 1655 East Thompson Boulevard. Council also approved a firefighters’ agreement on ocean rescue pay and a resolution on encouraging public participation in meetings.
