Authorize “piggyback” agreement with Specialized Elevator Services, LLC, of Santa Fe Springs, CA, utilizing City of Long Beach Contract No. 37458 through Axia Cooperative for elevator maintenance and repair services in the amounts of $145,596 for base contract services, and $379,950 for extra services for a not-to-exceed amount of $525,546 with a term of July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with three one-year options to extend the agreement through September 30, 2030. 2. Approve a master intergovernmental cooperative purchasing agreement with Axia Cooperative (Nashville, TN) to enable City participation in Axia’s cooperative purchasing program administered by Axia Cooperative. 3. Clean Power Alliance Innovation Grant RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IMPLEMENTATION OF A RESIDENTIAL INDUCTION STOVE REBATE PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: Accept Clean Power Alliance (CPA) Innovation Fund Grant of $168,450 and approve CPA Innovation Fund Participation Agreement.
