The existing parcels would be reconfigured into 16 condominium lots. Waivers are requested to 1) increase the maximum building heights from 35 feet up to 41 feet above finished floor and 2) reduce the minimum setback from 100 feet from the centerline of adjacent streets down to 52 feet for four properties. To certify the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project site 1) has an Industrial Low General Plan land use designation, 2) is within the Rancho Conejo Specific Plan, and 3) is within the Industrial Park (M-1) zone. Recommendation : Adopt a Resolution based on the findings and subject to the conditions contained therein to: 1. Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) 2022-70771 with appropriate CEQA Findings, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and 2.
