Decision: Consider an Ordinance for SUP26-01, a special use permit to allow Harmoni Towers to construct and operate a 160-foot wireless communication tower in the Planned Industrial zone, located at 8051 Monticello Terrace. The Planning Commission recommended 7-0 that the Governing Body approve the rezoning subject to the conditions in the staff report. An Ordinance is required. Decision: Consider approving the purchase of a side by side utility task vehicle (UTV) for the Fire Department. The Fire Department has identified a need for a UTV.
