PUBLIC MEETING - MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FOOD TRUCKS - PLANNING RECORD - 1410 SEBASTOPOL RD - PLN26-0090
BACKGROUND: Minor Conditional Use Permit for two catering trucks operating from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 6:00 am to 1:00 am Friday and Saturday, and 6:00 am to 12:00 am on Sundays. Exempt Project: 15304
PROJECT PLANNER: Jandon Briscoe
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development Department that the Zoning Administrator approve a resolution for a Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow two Mobile Food Vending Facilities at 1410 Sebastopol Road.

In compliance with Zoning Code Section 20-62, the decision of the Zoning Administrator is final unless an appeal is filed on a City Appeal Form (https://srcity.org/DocumentCenter/Index/173) and associated fees, as noted on the City’s Fee Schedule
