POLICE DEPARTMENT UPDATE
Chief Cregan will provide a high-level overview and update on major programs, projects, and initiatives as they relate to City Council goals and police department operations.
DRONE AS FIRST RESPONDER PROGRAM
The police department will provide an overview of a proposed Drone as First Responder program. The presentation will include an overview of the proactive steps taken to seek public input and to ensure community privacy and full transparency. The police department is exploring the possibility of a Drone as First Responder program and is seeking feedback on how to meet the needs of our community.
SANTA ROSA POLICE DEPARTMENT STRATEGIC PLAN
Chief Cregan will provide an overview of the newly launched police department’s five-year strategic plan. This plan will demonstrate the vision for the police department to ensure a safe and vibrant community, organizational wellness efforts, investments in employee development, and the engagement efforts with our community.
FIRE DEPARTMENT UPDATE
Deputy Chief McCallum will provide a high-level overview and update on major programs, projects, and initiatives as they relate to City Council goals and fire department operations.
