PUBLIC MEETING - SANTA ROSA ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PLAN UPDATE
BACKGROUND: The Santa Rosa Transportation and Public Works Department is conducting an update to the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan, to be renamed the Active Transportation Plan. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board is the guiding advisory body for the Active Transportation Plan. It is anticipated that the Plan will be adopted by the City Council in the Spring of 2025. The item is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

PUBLIC MEETING - SANTA ROSA WATER - GENERAL UPDATE
BACKGROUND: Santa Rosa Water will provide updates on Creek Week, the Creek Stewardship Program, and Phase 3 of the Lower Colgan Creek Restoration Project. The item is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
