Authorizing the Department of Public Works to accept a gift of reimbursement of airfare expenses, registration, and per diem for the Street Maintenance Engineer of Public Works, and ASCE national representative for Region 3, Chris DeDene, to attend the 2026 American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Geo-Institute National Chapter Summit on July 30-31, and to amend the budget to accommodate the gift estimated to be $1,000.
Approving the Labor Agreement (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2028) and Memorandums of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 70.
Accepting the gift of registration, hotel and travel expenses from Local Progress for Council Member HwaJeong Kim to attend the 2026 Local Progress National Convening.
Welcoming the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Incorporated to the City of Saint Paul.
FOR DISCUSSION
Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 70, for the purpose of ensuring adequate staffing, training and operational continuity during a period of staffing shortages in the Saint Paul Regional Water Services Production Division.
