Amending Section 193.04 of the Legislative Code (Title XIX) to temporarily extend the pre-eviction notice period in Section 193.04 from 30-days to 60-days.

Approving the application of MN Run Series, Podium Sports Marketing for a sound level variance in order to present amplified sound for the Mightyssippi 10 Mile event on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 226 Spring Street-Upper Landing Park and at 25 Mississippi River Boulevard-connected to Shadow Falls Park.

Authorizing the City to amend project and accounting unit budgets in City special funds to align with the 2026 Adopted Budget.

Considering the appeal of a decision by the Board of Zoning Appeals denying two variances from City Council Resolution 23-1442 for a hotel at United Village Block D (where 43.1% window and door openings are proposed for façade length [a 6.9% variance] and 23.3% for façade area [a 6.7% variance], below the required 50% and 30%) at 1560 University Avenue West.
