Recommend City Council adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, declaring as exempt surplus a City-owned parcel with approximately 15,672 square feet, bearing Assessor’s Parcel Number 190-035-005, pursuant to Assembly Bill 1486 - Authorize marketing and sale of property at fair market value according to Assembly Bill 1486 and per City’s Administrative Manual 08.003.00 for Disposition and Sale of City-owned Real Property

Recommend City Council approve Professional Consultant Services Agreement from Request for Proposal 2491 with NV5, Inc., Riverside, for not-to-exceed $400,000 annually on an as-needed basis with no fiscal impact associated with recommended actions at this time as budgetary approval for required services will be sought along with respective project approvals for Geotechnical Services for Water Utility Capital Improvement Projects until December 31, 2028, with option to extend for two additional one-year terms

Receive and file Board’s 2025 Annual Work Plan final update - Discuss and approve items for Board of Public Utilities 2026 Annual Workplan including presentation to City Council Mobility and Infrastructure Committee
