PLANNING CASE DP-2025-00269 (COA) Continued from June 18, 2025: Proposal by Belen Bobadilla on behalf the Riverside County Office of Education to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish an existing fire damaged residential office structure, within the Prospect Place Historic District and designated as Structure of Merit #313. The 6,534 square foot project site consists of a single parcel, developed with a one-story adaptively reused residential structure, located at 4472 Orange Street, situated on the east side of Orange Street, between Fourteenth Street and Prospect Avenue, in Ward 1. The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department determined the proposal is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) (General Rule) and 15301 (Existing Facilities).
