1. Conference with Legal Counsel regarding 2 items of pending litigation. Both of these items have to do with the same matter regarding the national litigation opioid producers settlement. City Council heard a briefing and provided direction to the City Attorney's Office.
2. Conference with Legal Counsel regarding one item of anticipated litigation. City Council heard a briefing from the City Attorney's Office and gave direction.
3. Conference with Legal Counsel regarding one item of existing litigation. City Council heard a briefing from the Police Chief and the City Attorney's Office.
