Supervisor Joe Baca presented an update on some of the partnerships with Rialto. He presented an $859,000 check for lights along the Cactus Trail from Baseline to Etiwanda Ave. in relation to TAB4 upon City Council approval.
Pedro Molina expressed his concern regarding fairness and accountability from the City regarding his property and records he has requested.

Jared Sapco, his family is the builder, owner, operator of the North Rialto Shopping Center on Baseline where the Stater Bros grocery store is located. they want to support housing in Rialto but they can't support the housing element and associated zone changes presented for approval.
Ana Gonzalez, expressed her support for the housing element presented.
Anup, owner of the America's Best Value Inn on West Foothill Blvd. since 1999, gave his comments regarding the housing element.
Motion by Council Member Perez, second by Council Member Montoya and carried by a 4-0 vote, Council Member Carrizales was absent, to close the public hearing.
Motion by Mayor Baca, second by Council Member Montoya and by a 2-2 vote, Council Member Carrizales was absent, the motion failed for approval of TAB 3.
