Department of California Highway Patrol Every 15 Minutes Program Grant RECOMMENDED ACTION Accept the Department of California Highway Patrol Grant for the Menifee Police Department Every 15 Minutes Program in the not-to-exceed amount of $20,000; and Adopt a budget amendment resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 budget, appropriating an increase in revenue and expenditures in the not-to-exceed amount of $20,000 to a project account as assigned by the Finance Department; and Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all other necessary grant related documents thereof to receive the Department of California Highway Patrol Program Grant.

Bid Award to American Right-of-Way, Inc. for the Purchase of Traffic Signal Equipment for Various Capital Improvement Program Projects RECOMMENDED ACTION Award bid and authorize the Finance Department to issue a purchase order for the purchase of traffic signal related poles and equipment from American Right-of-Way, Inc. for the Goetz Road/Vista Way Traffic Signal Project, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) No. 23-02, the Menifee Road/Fire Station No. 76 Entrance Traffic Signal Project, CIP No. 23-09, and the Evans Road/Craig Avenue Traffic Signal Project, CIP No. 25-05, in the cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $397,766.00.

Agreement Amendment with Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for On-Call Street Striping Services. RECOMMENDED ACTION Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Contract Services Agreement No. 2024-0189, with Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for on-call street striping services increasing the amount by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $310,00 and extending the contract term through January 31, 2027.
