Resolution of Intention for Annexation No. 40, Kaiser Medical, into Community Facility District 2017-1, Maintenance Services RECOMMENDED ACTION Accept the Petition of Kaiser Foundation Health, Inc., Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 331-120-058, located on the northeast corner of Encanto Drive and Rouse Road, into Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1, Maintenance Services, as Annexation No. 40; and Adopt a resolution of intention to add Annexation No. 40 into CFD No. 2017-1, to authorize the levy of special tax therein to finance certain maintenance services, and to set a public hearing for January 21, 2026.
