Agreement with Faith Lutheran Church for the Purchase of Real Property for the Sun City Greenspace Project RECOMMENDED ACTION Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement for real property between Faith Lutheran Church for the property located at the northwest corner of Portsmouth Drive and Roanoke Road for a total not-to-exceed amount of $450,741.15; and Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easement Agreement (CC&R) with Faith Lutheran Church; and Authorize the City Manager to execute any agreements or documents required for the acquisition of real property including but not limited to escrow, broker fees, title, insurance, formal bonding appraisal, documents relating to the grant program with final execution subject to clear title.

Agreements with Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. for Menifee Police Department Modular Buildings RECOMMENDED ACTION Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute two lease agreements and any other necessary lease documents with Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. for the rental of two modular buildings used by the Menifee Police Department, in a total not-to-exceed amount of $373,870.80 through April 3, 2030; and Authorize the Finance Department to issue a purchase order against the contract for each corresponding fiscal year.

Multi-Jurisdiction City Council Ad Hoc Committee RECOMMENDED ACTION Establish and appoint two Councilmembers to the Ethanac Expressway Ad Hoc Committee to work in collaboration with the County of Riverside and the City of Perris to develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to address issues related to development as well as fire and emergency services along the jurisdictional boundaries shared by the City of Menifee and City of Perris.
