Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the tentative earmark of $9 million in Proposition K program interest funds to reduce the shortfall for three specified projects. IDENTIFY and TRANSFER funds previously allocated for capital projects within the Proposition K Maintenance and Administrative Funds to the Proposition K Capital Fund, as well as accrued and future interest earnings.
