For an ordinance submitting to a vote of the qualified and registered electors of the City and County of Denver at a special municipal election to be conducted at the same time and in conjunction with the general election on November 3, 2026, a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City and County of Denver to adjust the City and County’s budget and appropriation process.
