Approves a contract with Jewish Family Service of Colorado, Inc. for $3,420,000.00 with an end date of 4-30-2029 to provide Rapid Rehousing, to support at least 55 households (individuals and/or families) experiencing homelessness living with intellectual and developmental disabilities or developmental delays (I/DD) to obtain permanent housing and close affordability gaps, citywide (HOST-202683847).
