C. Recommendation from the License Committee on renewal applications for the licensing period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
These establishments missed the application deadline prior to the end of the 2025-2026 licensing period, and have therefore paid the required $15 fee to obtain a provisional license until their applications can be reviewed and approved. The Police Department conducts background checks twice a month for all applications received during the previous two weeks. Due to the timing of this practice, results have not been received as of the agenda publication deadline. If approved, the Clerk's office will not renew the licenses until the background check results have been confirmed. | reports=1
