Due to an oversight, this agreement was not included in the June 9 th Finance/Personnel agenda. With a request by Brown County to return the signed agreement by June 30, 2026, we ask that this agreement be reviewed and approved directly by Council. This annual agreement is consistent with prior year agreements except for the following differences: Term #2-The date for payment was moved from February 27 to January 11. The County invoices the City for the $1,500, and we will pay them upon receipt of the invoice. As part of Option A, the payment date for reimbursing the County the postage costs moved up from January 31 to January 11.
