AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE To amend Sections 8, 30, 35, 37, 38, and 39 of Ordinance No. 194-2021, passed March 29, 2021, as amended by various ordinances, relating to salaries for various classifications.
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to execute various deeds of easement granting to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District certain easement rights at several City-owned properties located along Mill Creek corridor through the Kerruish Basin located in the cities of Cleveland and Warrensville Heights as part of their Mill Creek Restoration Project; and declaring the easement rights not needed for the City’s public use.
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a Utilities Repair Agreement with the County of Cuyahoga to pay or reimburse directly related costs incurred by the County for the repair of storm and sanitary sewer lines, on an as-needed basis, for a period of two years, with one option to renew for an additional one-year period, exercisable by the Director of Public Utilities.
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Community Development to lease certain property located at 1301-1325 Chester Avenue to Playhouse Square Foundation, or its designee, for the purpose of operating a parking lot, for a term not to exceed ten years; authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into an Option to Purchase Agreement with Playhouse Square Foundation, or its designee, in connection with the sale of the property; and authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to convey the property, which is no longer needed for the City’s public use.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to enter into one or more concession agreements for the operation of a first-class food and beverage service at the Cleveland City Hall Cafeteria, for a period not to exceed two-years, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Parks and Recreation to enter into one or more concession agreements for the operation of a first-class food and catering service in the City Hall Rotunda, and for marketing the rental of the Rotunda for catered events, for a period not to exceed two years, with a one-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into a license and right-of-entry agreement granting the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, also known as AMTRAK, or its designee, the right to use and occupy City-owned property located adjacent to the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway to operate its rail passenger station for a period of two years continuing month-to-month thereafter and to make the public improvement of installing and maintaining Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA-compliant, improvements at the site.
