Tax Sale Reform & Vacancy Prevention For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders to review and discuss how the City of Baltimore can encourage housing and properties to stay in productive use. Topics will include but not be limited to: Tax sale reforms, churn reduction, homeowner protections, & equitable ownership strategies.

Financing for Vacant & Abandoned Properties For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders to review and discuss the City’s policies around & implementation of the financing of the Mayor’s $3 billion strategy to address vacant housing in the City.

Acquisition Strategy & In Rem Filings For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders to review and discuss the City’s policies around and implementation of the City’s strategy to acquire vacant property and conduct In Rem Filings.
