Council Approves Water and Police Upgrades

Council approved a $151,500 Flock surveillance technology package, including a $129,000 annual fee over three years, and authorized a police outbuilding for training, evidence storage and equipment. It also increased the local match for a planning study from $30,000 to $40,000, expanding the potential grant from $150,000 to $200,000.
