Committee recommends confirmation of 12 Central Waterfront reappointments and passage of two council bills; unanimous votes

The Parks, Public Utilities, and Technology Committee met December 10, 2025 at 2:05 p.m. in Council Chamber, City Hall. Presiding Officer: Councilmember Joy Hollingsworth. Members Sara Nelson, Robert Kettle, Maritza Rivera were present; Dan Strauss arrived late. The committee recommended City Council confirm 12 reappointments to the Central Waterfront Oversight Committee and recommended passage of two Council Bills: CB 121138 (Seattle Public Utilities property acquisition) and CB 121137 (amendment to the South Lake Union/Downtown LCLIP funding plan and related budget changes). All recommendations were approved by the committee by 5–0 votes. Meeting adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
