Staff reviewed AB 1572 requirements, definitions and exemptions, the draft municipal code update for Santa Rosa, compliance timelines, and the outreach and education plan. No public comments or remote participation were recorded; the meeting adjourned at 11:57 a.m. and the meeting video is not available due to technical failure.
