Board approves budget, health, and land-use actions

The Board approved major county actions including a $91.9 million CAL FIRE fire-protection agreement, a $138.65 million North Branch Jail expansion contract, and a County Health Department budget revision that restores up to $6.6 million in Medi-Cal revenue and adds 15 staff positions. It also adopted a new fee ordinance, extended behavioral health services agreements, approved election-related referrals, and moved forward on multiple land-use and tax actions.
