Budget & Appropriations Committee minutes — hearings on workforce programs and family affordability; both hearings heard and filed

Meeting held April 22, 2026 at 1:30 PM in City Hall, Legislative Chamber, Room 250. Quorum present. Member Shamann Walton served as Chair Pro Tempore. Two hearings—260385 (Workforce Programming Across City Departments) and 260381 (Family Affordability in San Francisco)—were heard with presentations from City departments and community speakers and were voted to be heard and filed. Several Supervisors were excused from attendance during the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 5:54 PM.
