The Budget and Finance Committee met January 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM in City Hall Legislative Chamber (Room 250). Members Connie Chan (Chair), Matt Dorsey (Vice Chair), and newly appointed Member Chyanne Chen were present. The Committee heard and acted on agenda items including an amended Airport Food & Beverage rent-reduction program, multiple accept-and-expend grants (including two U.S. Department of Energy prizes), several housing financing and subsidy resolutions (including 967 Mission and RSU Associates projects), public health grant agreements, and a DPH contract amendment. Most resolutions were moved and recommended by unanimous vote (Ayes: Chan, Dorsey, Chen). The meeting adjourned at 11:39 a.m.
