The Government Audit and Oversight Committee (Vice Chair Danny Sauter presiding) met in regular session on March 19, 2026, with three members present (Danny Sauter, Stephen Sherrill, Myrna Melgar) and Jackie Fielder excused. The committee recommended multiple items to the full Board, including the women’s and gender equity resolution, the behested payment waiver resolution (recommended as amended), and an airport surveillance technology ordinance (recommended).
