HRA meeting: CDBG loan approved and tentative developer designated; staff updates on housing programs and land disposition
The Housing & Redevelopment Authority met April 1, 2026. Commissioners approved the March 2026 minutes, adopted RES 26-515 authorizing a CDBG loan agreement with JRDM Investments, LLC for 202 Cesar Chavez Street, and adopted RES 26-516 designating Reuter Walton Development, LLC (or an affiliated entity) as tentative developer for 0 Robert Street South (Fox Lot). Staff presented updates on the Healthy Homes and Power of Home programs, the HRA 2026 land disposition/development plan, and small-scale development goals. The meeting adjourned at 3:03 p.m.; the next meeting was scheduled for April 22, 2026.
