Commission Advances 82 Townhomes at Tower Oaks

The Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend approval of a Tower Oaks development amendment allowing 82 townhomes and an 18 percent parking reduction for an existing office building. The recommendation includes a five-foot accessible sidewalk extension to Wootton Parkway, sidewalks on both sides of Public Street A, and two parking spaces for each moderately priced dwelling unit.
