The Planning Commission unanimously approved a redevelopment at 975 Rollins Avenue, including 25 self-service vacuums, six full-service finishing spaces, circulation improvements, a parking reduction, and a nonconforming alteration. Staff projected approximately 122 fewer peak trips after removing eight self-service bays.
