Grocery Incentives Extended Through 2030

The Town Council unanimously extended its grocery/supermarket incentive program through June 30, 2030, broadening the eligible area to help attract another grocery store. The Council also approved a three-year Chamber of Commerce agreement providing $125,000 annually, approved a $89,873 water conservation planning amendment by a 6-1 vote, and adopted a zoning code update unanimously.
