Tourism Advisory Committee approves officers, reviews bed tax and tourism updates

At the April 8, 2026 meeting, the Prescott Tourism Advisory Committee approved minutes, elected Matt Brassard as Chair and Dennis Gallagher as Vice Chair (each for one-year terms), received an update on the Bed Tax fund balance and sales (TPT) activity through January, and heard staff reports on airport capacity, marketing analytics, STR data, recreation master planning, grants, and Economic Development initiatives. Grant application submissions closed with 28 applications; the Committee will review them at its May 13 meeting.
